In order to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible Dividing Line Sports offers a 30 day, worry-free return policy. If for any reason, you find your item not to your liking or damaged in transit you can return it unused and in saleable condition for an exchange or 100% of your money back. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at customerservice@dlinesports.com. Be sure to explain the reason for your return. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Special order items, custom orders, demo items, clearance items, personalized items and bats not in their original shrink wrapping are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.
When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Unless defective the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper. It is recommended that you insure the item for its full retail value and returned via a reputable parcel company like Federal Express, UPS or United states Postal service.
Because Dividing Line Sports’ top priority is outstanding customer service we stand behind every product we sell. We choose only the best manufacturers with the most positive reputations. Every defective item we sell is backed by the warranty of the company manufacturing it. With all items, except for bats, we will handle your exchange or full refund.
For bats, you must deal directly with the manufacturer. Wood bats do not carry any warranty unless otherwise stated. Since all products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty the manufacturer requires that the consumer deal with them directly when receiving a defective item. Should you have a problem returning any item within the manufacturer’s warranty period Dividing Line Sports will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your issue.
Bat Warranties
Aluminum/composite bats carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly for Return Authorization. Proof of purchase is required, so we recommend that you keep your bat invoice.
